Payment Methods 
The preferred method of payment is through PayPal® using VISA, MasterCard or your PayPal® account.
Very Important: When making a payment using PayPal® ensure you are re-directed back to stonedpearl’s web site to complete the sales process. If you are not re-directed please contact stonedpearl via e-mail or phone (during business hours 9.00am to 5.00pm - Australian Eastern Standard Time GMT+10hrs) with details of your purchase. Please note orders paid by PayPal are processed immediately. Orders paid for by Direct Debit, Money order or cheques will be processed once the funds have cleared.
stonedpearl also accepts orders for pick up from Bondi Markets on Sunday. Located in the Courtyard stall number C3. Items can be paid for on pick up.

Delivery within Australia
At stonedpearl we take serious care in packing for delivery, all purchases are packed for your jewellery to arrive undamaged and on time. If your purchase is a gift, we will gladly gift wrap for a fee and deliver it directly to whom the gift is for. Your invoice will be sent to you, be sure to provide us with your address for the invoice and the recipients name and address for their gift. Your purchase will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 business working days of us receiving your payment and you should receive your order within 2-3 working days*. stonedpearl will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays expected. ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.
All purchases will be shipped using registered post after receiving payment. We use Registered Australia Post, the cost of postage and handling is $8.00AUD (flat rate)**.
*Within Australian capital cities, may take longer for rural areas.

If you spend over $100.00 at stonedpearl you will receive free registered post delivery.
Courier will be used upon request. Courier charges will apply.
The reason why stonedpearl only uses registered post delivery services. There is a unique identification number for every article.
There is proof of posting, when lodged at the Post Office counter.
There is a signature obtained on delivery.
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, you’ll be able to pickup your purchase at the post office closest to your home.
There is Insurance cover of up to $100 included in the price of delivery.
stonedpearl will pay the extra insurance cover for purchases over $100.

Returns
At stonedpearl we want all our customers to be 100% delighted with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send an e-mail within 14 days of receipt date to ann@stonedpearl.com.au
1) Content of e-mail:

Please explain why you are not satisfied with your purchase
Details of the item you want to return. eg. Name, code, earrings or necklace.
2) stonedpearl will then evaluate the reason of your wish to return your purchase. If a valid reason is given within the 14 day time line we will e-mail you back with a reference number and instructions on what to do next. (Do not send any items back to stonedpearl without a reference number.) stonedpearl will not refund the delivery cost or the delivery cost of returning the item/s purchased.
3) All returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn with tags still attached within 14 days of the receipt date, for a full refund of the purchase price.
4) Once your purchase has been returned to stonedpearl (in its original condition, unworn with tags still attached) stonedpearl will send you your refund either by:
Direct deposit into your nominated bank account.
Cheque, posted to your address.
Credit note.
